Craig Drever is the owner and founder of D&C Projects. Craig is a registered Building Designer and has over 20 years of industry experience. He returned to his hometown of Tamworth after completing studies and employment with a large architectural firm in Newcastle and a secondment with a company in London. Craig has experience with all facets of development from small renovations to large-scale multi million dollar developments.

Sam has over 8 years of industry experience. Sam grew up in Walcha and started with D&C Projects after completing high school. He has a strong knowledge of the Nation Construction Code and Council Development Standards.

Kieran has over 6 years of industry experience and oversees all residential projects. He is dedicated to providing exceptional quality on all projects, from design to documentation. He grew up in Tamworth and is happily married to his high school sweetheart Mel with three beautiful children. He is accredited in Building Energy Rating Software (BERS) and currently undertaking NatHers accreditation.

Sophie Hunt has over 4 years’ experience in customer service and business management. Having been part of the D&C Projects team for over two years, Sophie prides herself on professionalism and dedication to provide a stress-free experience for all clients. She fills a critical support role for our team and assists with residential design and drafting. Sophie is often the first point of contact within the office and has a positive effect on both staff and customers. Sophie is accredited in Building Energy Rating Software (BERS). 

Dave Paff has over 5 years experience within the construction industry having worked for several local building companies before joining the D&C Project team. Dave provides practical building experience and specialises in alterations and additions projects.

Alexis completed a degree in Architecture in Venezuela in 2011. After completing his study he worked for a building company for 4 years in Caracas, Vzla. He then took up a position in Panama with Nike designing shop fitouts and stores. Alexis joined the team in 2018 and provides assistance with residential projects assisting with drafting services and creative design ideas.
