    Facilities and Systems

Based in Tamworth, our studio boasts a large ground floor meeting area capable of seating up to ten clients and consultants, a lounge/waiting area, tea and coffee facilities.

On the first floor of the premises, you will find the “work engine” of the business. On other levels, you will find our large format digital printing facilities, literature library, and document collaboration area.

We currently work to a detailed in-house CAD management system to ensure all work produced is consistent and to a high quality standard. We have the ability to import and export all CAD file formats to coordinate work with consultants and clients.

Our staff currently operate using the latest version of Archicad V14 which allows us to produce high quality presentation material including basic CAD building models, realistic colour 3D material renderings, and presentation walkthroughs.

Remote server access allows full server access whilst away from the office and facilitates the ability to establish satellite offices for specific projects.

    Quality Assurance

D&C Projects has a commitment to provide our clients with a quality service. We have an effective and long-standing in-house quality assurance program, which is currently being developed to meet AS/NZ ISO 9001.

Principal Craig Drever is a member of the building designers association of Australia and is considering becoming a chartered member in 2011. The practice also subscribes to Standards Australian and the Building Code of Australia.

All work produced in our office is peer reviewed and checked by the principal prior to issuing. All projects are set up and run using standardised office systems that allow regular review, which ensures a consistently high quality.
