Amie has been an integral part of the D&C Projects team since 2009, supporting the practice in a vital operational role and contributing to the steady growth and evolution of the business over more than a decade. Working mostly behind the scenes, she plays a key role in ensuring the day-to-day operations of the office run smoothly and efficiently. Amie is highly regarded for her willingness to help and her patient, considered approach. She works closely with clients, builders, and colleagues to support a wide range of NSW Planning Portal approval processes, often navigating complex or unfamiliar requirements. Her ability to guide others through these processes with clarity and reassurance helps reduce pressure and contributes to positive project outcomes. Known throughout the office for her friendly and light-hearted nature, Amie brings warmth and connection to the workplace. Colleagues often describe her as the “office mum” — organised, approachable, and always ready to offer support when it’s needed. She takes particular pride in the collaborative culture the team has built together over the years. Outside of work, Amie enjoys spending time with her 3 children and supporting them in their sports and activities. Weekends are typically filled with soccer games and dance commitments, and she wouldn’t have it any other way.
