Our Mission Statement
We are a Northern NSW based building design and drafting practice, operating from offices in Tamworth and Newcastle. Driven by both youthful energy and seasoned expertise, we are committed to designing exceptional buildings, producing clear and comprehensive documentation, and serving our clients, community and environment with professionalism, care and integrity.
What we do:
- From start to finish we can offer building design & drafting services for renovations, granny flats, new homes, dual occupancies, multi unit housing, commercial buildings and industrial buildings.
- We have completed over 3500 successful projects over 18 years!
- We can also assist with BASIX certificates, Statement Of Environmental Effects and can assist with gaining council approvals via direct dealings with the local council and lodgement of applications via the NSW Planning Portal.
- We are registered Building Design Practitioners and can provide registered designs for Class 2, 3 & 9c Buildings.
- We are a chartered member of the Building Designers Association Australia.
- We proudly support and sponsor a number of charities Including Ronald Mcdonald House & Headspace we are also proud to have supported many community based groups with architectural services in support of government grant and funding applications.

Contact us to discuss your building design and drafting needs. We will discuss your project requirements and establish a brief. We will do some initial investigations into your project requirements and what approval pathways and regulations you/we may need to consider in assisting with building design and drafting services.
Step 2
Scope & Quote:
We will provide you with an obligation free scope and quote tailored to suit your project and requirements.
Step 3
Service 1:
We will provide a concept master plan suitable for builder pricing, subconsultant review and council PDA.
Step 4
Service 2:
We will develop the designs and produce architectural plans to a suitable standard to gain local council or certifier approval.
