Dave has been a valued member of the D&C Projects team for over eight years and
currently holds the role of Senior Design Leader. Growing alongside the business, he
has become a key contributor to the delivery of thoughtful, practical, and well considered design solutions. Dave finds the greatest satisfaction in seeing projects evolve from initial ideas through to completed realities. Guiding clients through that journey — and sharing in their satisfaction when final outcomes come together — is what makes the work particularly rewarding. He also thrives on the challenges each project presents, especially when balancing creative design aspirations with budgets, site constraints, and buildability. Bringing a strong combination of design expertise and real-world construction knowledge, Dave plays an important role in bridging the gap between design intent and practical delivery. His calm approach ensures outcomes that are visually strong, functional, economical, and achievable. Colleagues value his practical mindset, depth of knowledge, and willingness to support others. Motivated by long-term goals such as property development, Dave draws inspiration from designers and builders around the world and is driven by a commitment to continuous improvement — both professionally and personally.
