Madison joined D&C Projects in January 2026 and brings a strong sense of creativity, organisation, and attention to detail to the team. Having recently completed her architectural design degree, she approaches her role with enthusiasm and a clear commitment to producing well-considered, high-quality work. Madison enjoys the variety that each project brings, particularly the opportunity to apply creative thinking and problem-solving skills to new challenges. She is known for her ability to notice and resolve the finer details, ensuring accuracy and consistency across her work. Colleagues describe her as organised, a perfectionist, and highly supportive — qualities that contribute positively to both project delivery and team culture. Outside of work, Madison enjoys staying active through sport, particularly basketball and running, and values spending time with family and friends. She has a strong interest in cooking and baking and brings a unique background from her time working in the film industry on the Gold Coast, where she spent six years in catering, preparing meals for large crews of up to 500 people each day. Motivated by overcoming challenges and achieving meaningful goals, Madison is currently focused on working toward building her first home. She draws inspiration from her parents, whose strong work ethic and commitment to achieving their goals have shaped her own approach to both her professional and personal life.
